We feel our recently introduced 2009 Wine List is well balanced, value for money and representative of many of the key wine producing nations.

White Wine

Chardonnay, Linteo, Italy A light silver, an apple and peach bouquet a crisp and vivacious palate. A delightful wine to the finish. £3.25

Light silver colour, taste of greengages, medium on the palate, soft apples, round and creamy. £3.35


Sauvignon, Premium, La Lagune, Jardin de La France
Light silver, with notes of white peach and almond, a crisp vivacious to the palate with gentle dryness. £3.35

 Rose Wine

Cabernet Franc Rose, La Lagune, Jardin de la france
Brilliant deep rose, medium taste, bouquet displays figs and blackcurrant, an easy releasing drink. £3.50

Pinot Grigio, Rosato Blush,Villa dei Narcisi, Italy
Very light pinky salmon colour, bouquet of rose petals and raspberry. A fresh and delightful finish. £3.50

Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé, Tarapaca, Chile
This young and fruity Rosé Cabernet Sauvignon has strawberry and flower aromas with perfect balance. £3.50

Red Wine

Merlot, Linteo, Italy
The dark ruby colour reveals a young fruity wine with a bouquet of raspberries. Medium bodied and fresh, it has a pleasing good firmness to the fruity filled palate. £3.25

 
Pinotage Premium, Kirabo, Worcester, South Africa
Dark colour, instantly revealing, fresh aromas of dark plums and dry raisins. Substantial with a touch of sweetness on the finish. £3.50

Shiraz, Cabernet, Merlot, Hawks Hill, Australia
Dark red colour, aromas of cassis and brambles, medium body, soft to the palate, with plenty of residual fruit. £3.50

Champagne

Leblanc Colombier, Blanc de Blanc 1er Cru, Brut
Vivacious, fresh, light golden green with a Champagne nose of baked brioche and a touch of
smokiness with a dry fine texture. Delicious and lingering. Quoted in the ‘Gilbert and Gaillard Guide’ of best Champagnes.
